Click on "Register" to proceed to the registration form.


Fill in the required information and complete your registration by clicking the checkbox “I've read and accept the Privacy Policy”. Then click on ‘Register’.

Go to https://rfs.businesseventsthailand.com and click on 'Sign in / Register at the top right corner of the page. Then choose “Forgot password?” under the ‘Sign In’ button.


Fill your email address and then click “Reset Password”. Then the system will send an email with a link to create a new password for your account.

Go to https://rfs.businesseventsthailand.com and sign in to your account , then click on your name to see your dashboard.


Click on the “Account Setting” and enter your new password and click “Change password” to reset your password.

 

Go to https://rfs.businesseventsthailand.com and sign in to your account , then click on your name to see your dashboard.


Click on the “Organization Profile” and enter your new information.


Click “Save” to update your information.

There are 4 departments which responsible for supporting the international MICE events.
1. Meetings and Incentive
2. Conventions
3. Exhibitions
4. Mega Events

There are 3 departments which responsible for supporting the domestic MICE events.
1. Domestic Meetings and Inventives
2. Domestic Conventions
3. Domestic Exhibitions

Applicant must apply by clicking at "View Criteria and Apply Here" in the Exhibition department section to begin request for support. And follow the steps as shown on screen.

Application verification is based on several factors such as event details, event support scheme etc. It will initially take 20 working days to verify the application.

Each department has different type of documents. Applicant can find the required documents in the first page of application form. In this case will show what documents must be prepared before submitting application to Meetings and Incentives.

Go to Meetings and Incentives department and click "view criteria and apply here".


Click "Request for Support".

Required documents will pop up in the first page of application form.

Go to https://rfs.businesseventsthailand.com and click on 'Tracking your RFS'.

Enter the  RFS tracking number and click on 'Track'.

There are 5 status of RFS.
1 Suspend
2 Reject
3 Submitted
4 Send Event Report 
5 Complete 

Suspend status means that TCEB staff have checked  the application and documents, and found that there are incorrect information, the staff will inform as a message via the system to the applicant to correct it.

Reject status means that TCEB staff have checked the application as well as the document, and found that the information is not in the conditions of the support, incorrect information or the information did not meet the specified conditions. 

Submitted status means that TCEB staff have checked the application and documents , and found out that the support request is qualified, the applicant will receive an email from the system and the check mark will be shown in the tracking page.

Send Event Report status means  the event report and documents are submitted, and it currently under review by TCEB staff. The applicant will receive an email from the system and the check mark will be shown in the tracking page.

Complete status means that TCEB staff have checked the event report and documents, and found out that all documents are true and collect, the applicant will receive an email from the system and the check mark will be shown in the tracking page.

Go to dashboard by clicking on your name and click on 'Edit RFS'.



The system will notify the message from TCEB staff that the applicant has to correct it.

Applicant can view the message by selecting the application title. Then move the mouse down to find the details from the TCEB staff.
